AHLS Participates in Team Canada Trade Mission to Japan 2023
As part of Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy, the Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of International Trade, Export Promotion, Small Business and Economic Development led a select group of companies on a Team Canada Trade Mission to Japan. The goal: to help Canadian exporters and innovators from across the country position themselves in this lucrative market by showcasing their capabilities and competitiveness, and to facilitate long-term trade and investment opportunities.
The program visited commercial regions in Osaka and Tokyo, and activities included:
- networking opportunities with Minister Ng and Japanese business leaders
- on-site business briefings by our Trade Commissioners, senior officials, and key local industry players
- market overviews
- business meetings and/or round tables with local industry and experts
- site visits
AHLS was proud to be invited to join this esteemed group, and we look forward to leveraging the valuable knowledge and network connections made while in Japan.
