The GeoTherm Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer features a state-of-the-art VOC emission control system used in a wide array of industrial applications. Designed for virtually any gas flow rate, the GeoTherm RTO is well suited to a variety of processes such as converting, printing, and coating. It is also used in chemical process, pharmaceutical, fiberglass manufacturing, and forest product industries. The RTO system costs less to buy, less to install, less to operate, and less to maintain, making the GeoTherm RTO the clear choice for controlling industrial VOC emissions.
Simplicity is the hallmark of the GeoTherm RTO. The design is based on operation of paired heat-recovery chambers connected to a central combustion chamber with only two moving parts. An automated control system and on-board diagnostics ensure that the unit runs properly with minimal operator input.
Since the GeoTherm design controls a wide range of VOCs, you can make process changes without negative impact on system performance. In many applications, the inlet VOC concentration allows self-sustaining oxidizer operation without the need for auxiliary fuel.
The GeoTherm RTO incorporates high preheat efficiency with broad operational flexibility. This system is designed to operate up to 2000 degrees F with thermal efficiencies in excess of 95 percent.
