Flame Arresters
Our flame arresters have been effectively used in more than 200 noncondensible gas systems worldwide. Size range availability is 2” to 36” in either 15 psig pressure rating or high pressure rating designs.
Tank Overflow Seals
The overflow seal installed at the end of a tank overflow line prevents air ingress and uncontrolled tank venting. Our units are custom designed for each tank vent and have provision for controlled drainage and replenishment of displaced seal fluid.
Relief and Safety Valves
Our pressure/vacuum relief valves are accepted industry wide for the protection of low pressure rated tanks. Designs include weighted lever and spring opposed versions. Water sealed type devices are also available.
Foam Breakers
The handling of foam in a mill is problematical since foam and soap spillage increase effluent colour and toxicity.
The Lundberg Systems' foam breaker is designed to break bubble bath density foam while the soap concentrator takes the discharge from the foam breaker and removes additional air prior to soap acidulation.
Column Internals
In addition to aftermarket support of our distillation columns, steam strippers, absorption towers, and scrubbers, A.H. Lundberg offers an extensive range of replacement column internals on a supply only or on a supply and install basis.
Available column internals include random packing, structured packing, distributors, support plates, and distillation trays.
We offer complete installation for all of our equipment on request. Alternately, selected services such as site supervision, maintenance inspection, repair of existing towers, and the removal and replacement of damaged internals are available
